Planning and Strategy

Planning and Strategy

To visit the Disney and Universal theme parks (7 in total), I recommend a minimum of 10 nights, so you'll also have some rest days for shopping or enjoying the hotel amenities. For each additional activity, I would add one more night.

Whenever you can! Every month has its pros and cons: more economical months or those with higher demand, with more or fewer crowds, hot or rainy weather. For every month of the year, we can devise a different strategy. My favorites? Mid-April, all of May, early October and November.

No! I can help you with a quote for hotels near Disney or Universal, or other options in Orlando. You should keep in mind that for hotels outside the parks, the benefits of installment payments, early entry, and priority purchase of fast passes for Disney do not apply.

Whenever you want! One year in advance is the maximum currently allowed for both Disney and Universal. For Disney cruises, booking availability is up to 18 months before the trip.

Before buying anything, make sure you're up to date with all the necessary documentation for entry into the United States or any destination you want to visit. Once you have that, we can get in touch to help you with all your trip planning - you just focus on enjoying the process!

About the Parks

About the Parks

At Universal, you can purchase a ticket that includes fast pass entry to most attractions. Currently, there's a ticket for single entry and another ticket for unlimited entries. In Disney's case, it becomes a bit more complex, there are different options to choose from depending on your budget and the experience you want to have. My service includes attraction reservations for the entire family group.

Restaurant reservations, with or without characters, open 60 days before the check-in date. If you're not staying at Disney, it's counted as 60 days before your park day. All reservations are made through the My Disney Experience app or on Disney's official website. My service includes reservations for these and other experiences for the entire family group.

The parks are open 365 days a year! Only some outdoor attractions could be affected by weather conditions, but indoor attractions will continue their normal operation. The advantage? On rainy days the parks are empty!

Absolutely! Both Disney and Universal have exclusive areas for children, and some attractions don't even require a minimum height. You can see all the information about attractions and permitted heights in the Attractions section of each park.

Yes! This plan is ideal for families staying at official hotels with young children, so they can rest in their room and return later. I don't recommend it if you're staying outside the parks as a lot of time is wasted going back and forth.

Quotes and Payments

Quotes and Payments

Both the quotes I send and payments are made in US dollars. Each client should verify with their bank that their cards are for international use and that payments are processed in dollars or their local currency.

Credit or debit cards issued in any country, digital wallets or cards, Disney gift cards, international transfers to One Team Travel agency so we can handle your payments to official providers.

By booking hotel + ticket packages at Disney and/or Universal, you can access the installment plan. This is a benefit that only official travel agents have. Disney: Reserve with a minimum of $200 per room. Any amount can be paid at any time. Must be paid 100% 30 days before travel. Universal: Reserve with a minimum of $50 per person. Any amount can be paid at any time. Must be paid 100% 45 days before travel.

You can modify your trip to a new date without penalty costs, but the new date could imply a new cost for your package total, and you'll need to pay the difference. Cancellations are available with full refund if notified up to 30 days before for Disney, or 45 days before for Universal.

Prices change daily and are subject to modifications or availability at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee that the same prices will remain from one day to the next.

Yes! Official agents can apply current promotions at any time, generating savings on your package total, or even a refund if you've already completed payments.
